Confirm that your insurance provides out of network benefits AND out of state benefits. Dr. Ruffin is located in Burien, Washington (just south of Seattle, Washington) in case your insurance asks. Cash pay
If your insurance does not provide coverage, our self-pay rate is $250 for 30 minutes.If you live in a U.S. state other than Washington, our visit is limited to providing valuable education and giving you a second opinion. This is due to medical licensing constraints. We can provide you with more information about surgery in Washington with Dr. Ruffin.
